We strive to design logos and logotypes that are both meaningful and memorable, not just when viewed by alone but more importantly when placed in the context of their competition. It should have a style and substance that is unmistakable and inherently unique and precious to the company it reperesents

The Experience Running Project Logo + Logotype
This urban adventure race tests physical fitness, puzzle solving skills and technological acuteness. The basic form of the logo uses figures derived from Olympic event symbols and an electric blue reminiscent of electronic devices.

Lighting Exchange.com Monogram + Logotype
We partnered with PG& E to develop three online tools that promoted energy efficiency and a site that housed these tools called the Lighting Exchange. The concept for the monogram and logotype describe lighting design as seamless integration of aesthetics and technology.

Zombie.com Logo + Logotype
This site was an online used book dealer that sold used textbooks to university students. The logo and logotype are meant to communicate a product that may be rumpled and imperfect, but is also a good deal and a cool and useful way to cut corners on a limited budget. The logo was illustrated by Louderback Design and the type taked directly from bits and pieces of the logo culminating in a seamlessly cohesive look and feel.



Business Solutions Center Logo + Logotype
This logo was designed for a joint online venture between Intel and Netscape called the Business solutions center that was a resource for businesses interested in pursuing e-business solutions. The visual metaphor for the integrated logotype came from architectural tools and imagery.


Metro Voices > Metro Choices Logotype
Metro Voices Metro Choices is a non-profit organization that aids in the facilitation the dialogues between urban communities and their local governments.



1530
1530 was the title for an internal group at the web development company Agency.com. The group was comprised of various members of the creative group who met on the 15th and 30th each month. The logotype focuses on the sharing and overlapping issues that the members had in common.



Spork
Spork is a San Francisco band that fused dj music and sampling with heavy metal rock. The logotype represents this fusion concept with combination of the "R" and "K" transforming the letters into a more abstract figure. The "O" becomes the literal representation of the name.


JLL Monogram
This was a project that entailed using the initials J and 2 Ls, to create a single symbol that suggested a dominant area of my personality. I ended up with a design that suggests an abstract jester's face.



Café Razzi Logotype
Café Razzi is gourmet coffee importer that specializes in Italian coffee that style and quality to the visceral pleasure of coffee. We
designed a geometric, modern symbol and logotype that contrasts with the blur of warmth and steam.



RBR
This title was designed for a series of short stories about the history of rubber. The stories are meant to not only explain the long and involved history, but to show how this history is still reflected in modern society. Stitched throughout the fabric of the stories is the theme of flexibility as means of overcoming stagnant thought processes and difficult circumstances.


Shine On Logotype
Before the magazine came the need for a visual cornerstone for both company and magazine. The design reflects understated tones of elegance, simplicity and strength— the signature element "O" creating a symbol of light and hope.
